The hotel has stunning views and a fantastic location, just a short walk to beautiful Split. The rooms are quiet and clean and generally offer a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and air conditioning. The beds are very clean and the staff is amazingly nice and affable.

Its decoration was amazing, the bed was comfy, I had a good sleep. The location was amazing easy to walk to-or-from the main bus stationed ferry terminal and met requests. Had nice dainties at Caffe Bar Skalina, located very close to the hotel...

I recently stayed at Riva Apartments in Split for a week and had a wonderful experience. Paula, the representative for the hotel, provided exceptional service and gave great advice about the area. The apartment was comfortable, well maintained, and in a central location within walking distance to most activities. It was a bonus to have a washing machine, making our stay even more convenient. The overall value for money was great and I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of Riva Apartments was unbeatable, right in the heart of the action. I loved being able to step out onto the bustling streets of the old city and retreat to my own little area afterwards. The view of the bay from the apartment was a bonus. The hostess, Paula, went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay, offering helpful advice on local attractions and dining options. The apartment itself was stylishly decorated and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend Riva Apartments.

Title: Great Views and Location. Loved waking up to the stunning views of the Adriatic Sea and the surrounding islands. The historic center was a foodie's paradise with its charming restaurants and cafes. Plus, I got my daily exercise climbing all those stairs to the apartment!

Oh, let's not forget the amazing workout my legs got from all those stairs. Who needs a gym when you have Riva Apartments?

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated inside the historic Diocletian's Palace, right in the midst of everything. From the superb view over the esplanade and the old palace to the convenience of having numerous restaurants, bars, and tourist sites just a few steps away, it truly made my stay memorable. The apartment itself was modern and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, from the comfortable bed to the fully stocked kitchen. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing tours and ticket assistance, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Free breakfast and friendly staff, amazing view of the sea and close proximity to local restaurants and shops. Bonus points for having a pool onsite, a great way to cool down in the hot weather.

The room was not what we expected based on the pictures on the website, and it was quite noisy at night due to the party atmosphere in the area. the room was not very clean upon arrival.

Spent Xmas here and the scenery was lovely. The apartment was very clean and tidy. It had a gorgeous view of the harbor that made my stay memorable. The location was perfect for being in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment was fully equipped with modern facilities that made my stay very pleasant.

The staff lacked hospitality. The agent made us wait outside in the sun for 30 minutes to show us to the apartment which was difficult to find since it is located in the midst of a narrow lane.
